It is worth noting that this proposal uses American tax dollars to create domestic jobs instead of subsidizing the gifting of Chrysler to FIAT or shipping GM manufacturing overseas. 

This plan is the ONLY viable solution to the crisis which invites all the stakeholders to participate.  It provides a path for dealers, employees and key suppliers to have an upside potential for their years of dedication and significant sacrifices. 

These sovereign groups of entrepreneurs and workers are the only ones with the capacity and the commitment to forge a new direction towards long-term, profitable growth.
